Itinerary
Upon arrival you will be picked from your Nairobi hotel or JKIA and drive to the Athi plains of the natural
wonderland of Amboseli Park against the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. Arrive in time for lunch at your
Camp or Lodge. Afternoon relaxation by the pool, thereafter proceed on an evening spice game drive to
spot animals such as Buffalo, Elephants, Lions, Hippos, plains game among variety of bird species. Dinner and overnight Amboseli Kibo Safari camp on FB
This is your full day to explore the Amboseli National Park. Famous for its large herds of elephants and in
particular its big tuskers, a day in Amboseli are surely a highlight of your safari.
After sumptuous breakfast we set out to Lake Naivasha in the Great Rift Valley freshwater shores
Fringed with papyrus and yellow acacias, hippos frolicking in the shallows and the cacophony of twittering
birds creates a lasting impression of Lake Naivasha. The Lake has many different types of wildlife with a
good portion of hippos and fish including Crayfish, Tilapia and Black bass. There are 400 species of birds
of which Great Cormorants, Long-tailed, Fish Eagles, Pelicans and all types of Kingfishers as well as the
Grey-backed fiscal are some. Lunch at your Lodge. Afternoon at leisure and a bout ride at the lake
Naivasha. Dinner and overnight at Lake Naivasha Sopa lodge on FB.
Breakfast and check-out. Depart for Maasai Mara arriving at the camp in time for lunch.
Afternoon game drive will introduce you to this famous national reserve known for its great abundance
of wildlife. It’s also known as the host of the Great Migration of the wildebeest. Dinner and overnight
at Mara Base camp Explorer.
After a hefty buffet breakfast in the Camp you will embark on a game viewing drive in search for wild
animals. (You can opt for a full day game viewing with packed lunch boxes or a morning and afternoon
game drives.) You will drive to the famous Mara River in search of hippos and crocodiles; here you will
also witness The Great Migration of the Wildebeests from the neighboring Serengeti plains. This annual
event which takes place between the month of July and late September and was named as one of the
Seven New Wonders of The World. If your safari falls within this period all the magical will unfold in front
of you (Optional Maasai village visit and Balloon ride at an extra cost.) Meals and overnight at your camp.
Morning game drive in the search of big cats, return for breakfast .After breakfast drive to Nairobi with a
stop at the rift valley view point. Proceed to Nairobi and drop off at your city hotel or airport for your
flight out.
